State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has said that he is transferring chief secretary praveen prakash of general administration department (GAD) with his discretion. He wrote to the Chief Secretary of the State Government on Friday.  Praveen Prakash was responsible for the absence of collectors and SP for the video conference organised on 23rd of this month to monitor the election preparations.

General Administration (GAD) Chief Secretary Praveen Prakash has said that he has worked in the panchayat election process as per the rules. State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar wrote a letter to the Chief Secretary of the state government on Friday to cs. The full facts are not explained in the lemon letter. Ramesh wanted to know that he immediately responded to the letter received by mail from the SEC and that the GAD Chief Secretary (Political) office is not independent, he is the Head of CS of GAD and he will report to him.

The gadpolitical secretary of the five chief secretaries of THE GAD is only a supporting officer of CS. So how far is the SEC justified in saying that he did not respond, is it moral? asked. "All the collectors and SP are aware that the government has told the Election Commission to maintain the status quo as the judicial dispute continues on the issue of panchayat election management. That's the reason they did not attend the video conference. I have not specifically ordered the authorities in this regard. I have nothing to do with this. Praveen Prakash said, "If the facts are true, it is not right to say that I have prevented the video conference from being held."
