Ranchi: Four people have lost their lives on the spot in a head-on collision between two vehicles in Pakur, Jharkhand. TIt is being said that two vehicles collided with each other in the early hours near Kadva village of Littipara police station area of Pakur. Police station in-charge Abhishek Rai has said that the collision was so strong that both the vehicles caught fire on sight. The lives of both the driver and the sub-drivers are being estimated.

It has been learnt that a cement laden truck on its way to Bengal and a dumper loaded with chips going to Godda collided due to dense fog. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. Police are trying to identify.

In Rajasthan, four people lost their lives and 2 others were badly injured in a head-on collision between an ambulance and a truck in the Dausa district of Rajasthan. Baswa police station SHO Dara Singh told the media that the deceased included patient Baljeet (28), who was being taken to Jaipur by his brother and relatives from Alwar. The truck mowed down the ambulance between Bandikui and Alwar. Baljeet, Himmat, Bhup Singh and ambulance driver Mahesh lost their lives on the spot while Bhagchand and ambulance staff Navdeep were injured.
