UP-MP and Bihar at the forefront of malnutrition

New Delhi: Senior Congress leader and former Union minister Kapil Sibal has attacked the governments of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. He tweeted that the three states have the highest number of malnourished people across the country.
