However, the Education Minister said that a survey found that 96 per cent of the state had televisions, 40 per cent had Internet access and 86 per cent of the people were receiving online education. The tribal welfare minister said that even though there are mobile phones in tribal areas, they do not receive proper signals. It is important to get education for them and adopt alternative policies and make online lessons available to all, the Minister said.
