Baghdadi's sister Rashmia is arrested during a raid from the city of Ajaz in northern Syria. Baghdadi's sister was hidden in a container during the raid.

According to media reports, a senior Turkish official has said that Baghdadi's sister, her husband, and her daughter-in-law have been arrested during the raid. Turkish agencies are conducting extensive inquiries with them. This officer said that Rashmiya Awad was caught during a raid operation near Ajaz. This officer has said that he hopes that during interrogation, Baghdadi's sister will get information about the functioning of ISIS and its intelligence.
