Ingredients for making Tutti-Frutti Ice Cream-

Milk -1/2 liter
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
GMS Powder -1 tbsp
CMC Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chocolate essence - 1/4 tsp
Mix fruit essence - 1/4 tsp
Tutti Frutti - 6 tbsp (approx)
Cream - 1 cup
Orange and Red color - 1-1 pinch
Sugar - 8 tbsp or 1/2 cup

Method of making Tutti-Frutti Ice Cream- First of all, separate 1/2 liter of milk into two equal parts. And put one part in a thick bottomed vessel and put it on medium flame on the gas. On the other hand, after heating the milk of the other part, add Corn Flour, GMS Powder, CMC Powder and 4 tbsp of sugar to this milk and mix it well so that there are no lumps in the milk. Now the milk mixed with this powder will also be mixed in the boiling milk, and after adding the remaining sugar, while stirring well, boil the milk so much that the milk becomes thick and starts sticking to the spoon. And when the milk becomes thick, then turn off the gas and let the milk cool down. So take our ice cream base is ready. After this, put the cooled ice cream base in an airtight container and leave it in the freezer to set for 2 to 3 hours.

Now after 3 hours, take out the frozen ice cream base from the freezer and check that the ice cream base should be well-tight. After this, take out the ice cream base from the freezer and leave it like this for 15 to 20 minutes and after 20 minutes cut it into two pieces in a big vessel. Now beat the ice cream base for 10-12 minutes and after that add 1 cup of cream or milk cream, chocolate essence, mix fruit essence and red and orange color and beat it with electric hand blender for 10 minutes. Now finally add 4 tbsp tutti-frutti and mix it with light hands and put it in an air tight container, sprinkle 2 tbsp tutti-frutti on all sides of the ice cream and apply newspaper or aluminum foil to set in the freezer for 7 seconds. Will keep for 8 hours. Take our Tutti Frutti Ice Cream is ready. After 8 hours we will take out the Tutti Frutti Ice Cream from the freezer and serve it.
