The Bengali television drama 'Sona Roder Gaan,' starring Rishi Kaushik, Payel De, and Shoumo Banerjee, has enthralled audiences with its riveting story. The arrival of Dr. Anubhab alias Rishi Kaushik was recently watched by viewers. The plot, which centres on Anandi (Payel) and her family, is now on the verge of a big change.

Anandi's family is busy planning for her wedding, according to the present track. Anandi is set to marry Bikarm (Shoumo Banerjee), a successful businessman. Bikarm's family expects various luxuries, including a wedding vehicle. Anandi's father tries his hardest to make everything work, but his business isn't doing well. Bikram is seen with his sister-in-law Shreya at a restaurant, much to Anandi's dismay. When she (Anandi) confronts Bikram, he attempts to appear innocent, but his true colours are shown in the end.

Meanwhile, Anandi's father contemplates his daughter's bright future in front of a vehicle shop. He makes the decision to get money at whatever cost. Gurudev arrives at Anandi's house and advises her to look after her father. Gurudev also sees a roadblock in Anandi's marriage. Anandi, desperate for money, decides to negotiate dowry terms with Bikram. Bikram, much to Anandi's surprise, appears unconcerned when she talks about her hopeless predicament. When Anandi's father is attacked by thugs and is rescued by Dr. Anubhab, the tale takes an entirely new turn.

Sohini Sengupta, Sudeshna Roy, and Bhaskar Banerjee are among the show's talented cast members. Payel's reel parents are played by Sohini and Bhaskar.
