Micro-blogging site Twitter has announced with the aim of giving a new look to its portal and app that it is now rolling out its chip font for Twitter app and feed. The company expanded the Chirp font as a part of the broader brand refresh introduced in January and now the company said it is ready to use.

Today, we have made some changes in the way Twitter appears on the web and your mobile, Twitter tweeted on the same Wednesday. Although it may sound strange at first, these updates make us more accessible, updated, and focus on what you are talking about. In January, we revealed our new font, Chirp- and it's ready for your use today.

The same company mentioned that all Western languages will now be lining the left, making it easier to read while scrolling. Non-Western languages will remain unchanged. This month the micro-blogging portal has discontinued its Instagram stories such as the Fleets feature. The last report stated that from August 3, Twitter users will only watch active space, which is a live audio chat room. In the same detailed source, Twitter has reported that with a design refresh, it intended to remove clutter and focus more on its content.
