The actor started his career with the superhit film 'Mohabbatein'. Despite Uday being Yash Chopra's son, he did not get that recognition in his career in Bollywood which probably every artist gets. Uday Raj Chopra was born on January 05, 1973, in Bombay (present-day Mumbai) to filmmaker Yash Chopra & his wife Pamela Chopra. He is Yash & Pamela's younger son, his elder brother being film producer Aditya Chopra. 

 Uday Chopra is celebrating his 50 th birthday today and has not married. Uday Chopra last came into the limelight for his affair with Nargis Fakhri. However, both of them had a breakup later. Nargis once spoke about his love affair and said, “Uday and I dated for 5 years and he was the most beautiful human I met in India. He also won the nation over for his role as Ali Akbar Fateh Khan in Dhoom (2004), which was one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of the year.
