Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray attended a function on the 55th foundation day of Shiv Sena last yesterday. In his address, he said, "Hindutva is not a company which has been abandoned by the Shiv Sena but something that comes from the heart". At the same time, he said, "The country is moving towards 'social unrest'. Political parties should decide whether they want power for strength or to resolve economic issues. At present, the country has two major issues of economy and health. It is time for all political parties to decide whether they want political success for power or find a solution on the economic front".
The Chief Minister further said, "Social unrest will be a harsh word to describe it, but the country is moving in this direction in a relaxed manner. All political parties should take steps in this direction. This is the right time when we should decide, the time has come when we should think about why we have entered politics. We want political strength to solve people's problems, if we do not accept economic and health challenges and just accuse each other, our crisis will not end".
You must be aware that the Opposition has been constantly questioning the alliance of Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP in Maharashtra and has been aggressive about their ideology. In view of this, Uddhav Thackeray has tried to respond to them and has also sent a message to all political parties to work together in the interest of the country instead of attacking each other during such transition period.
