A meeting of the Union Cabinet has been held on Wednesday. The meeting has been held at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi. This meeting continues at PM Modi's residence. Many ministers, including Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, were present in this important meeting. It is expected that during this cabinet meeting many important issues can be discussed. All the members who attended the cabinet meeting were seen following the rules of physical distance and face masks.

According to media reports, an important decision has been taken on EPF in today's cabinet meeting, after which the possibility is being raised that soon the general public can get relief about this matter. A fund of 1 lakh rupees can also be agreed in the agricultural sector. The cabinet can get the approval of the poor welfare food scheme to be released by November.

The cabinet took several special decisions in the meeting. In the last meeting, it was said to bring 1,482 cooperative banks and all government banks under the Reserve Bank. The Cabinet had announced Kushinagar Airport of Uttar Pradesh as an international airport. The government also announced to extend the period of OBC commission along with interest waiver on the infant loans given under Mudra loan scheme. Union Ministers Prakash Javadekar and Narendra Singh Tomar will give briefings in the National Media Center at 3.30 pm about the important decisions taken in the meeting.
