New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is celebrating his 57th birthday today. Prime Minister Modi, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief Minister Yogi and other senior leaders are congratulating him on the occasion. Amit Shah entered national politics after becoming an MP in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. During his tenure, he has taken tough decisions like the removal of Article 370, the Citizenship Amendment Act and UAPA. Prime minister Narendra Modi said, "Happy Birthday to Amit Shah Ji. I have worked with Amit Bhai for many years. Has seen his outstanding contribution in strengthening the party and the government. He should continue to serve the country with the same zeal. I wish him good health and long life."

The same Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath wished him a happy birthday and wrote on Koo, "Heartiest birthday greetings and best wishes to Shri Amit Shah Ji, the Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, who is a strong conductor of nationalist consciousness, the ideal standard of hard work, vitality and commitment in Indian politics. May Lord Ram wish you good health and a happy and long life.''

 

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, "Happy birthday to the Union Home Minister and our senior colleague, Shri Amit Shah. He is making tremendous efforts to make India a safe country. I pray for their long and healthy life in the service of the people.'' At the same time, former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "The arrangements made by our country for the Cowin platform are also the centre of attraction in the world. The Cowin platform built in India has not only facilitated the common people but has also simplified the work of medical staff."
