Kochi: Kerala is also among the states most affected by the Coronavirus in the country. Till Saturday evening, 306 patients of Coronavirus had come here. So far, two people have died due to this disease in the state. There are also 50 people in the state who have been discharged from hospitals after getting healthy.

The oldest couple of Pathanamthitta residents - Thomas (93) and Mariamma (88), are among those who recover from Corona. Seven foreign nationals in Kerala were also admitted for treatment if they were found infected. These include 57-year-old British citizen Brian Lockwood. Brian came to visit Kerala along with 18 people including his wife. Brian was admitted to the hospital shortly before catching a flight to Dubai. Brian is discharged from Kalamassery Medical College Hospital after weeks of recovery from treatment.

To this, Brian said that I had a corona test a few days ago due to fever in Kottayam. My wife and I then kept myself in a self-isolation hotel in Munnar and waited for the test results. On 14 March, we were told that the test had arrived negatively. After that we thought of catching the plane the next day. I had not yet boarded the plane after I was told that my test report had come positive. He said that after this I was admitted and I was treated. Brian praised the doctors and said that I do not think I would have been treated better in the UK.
