Indore: Unlock-4.0 guidelines have been issued by the Union Home Ministry amid increasing cases of corona infection in India. Following the Centre's Unlock 4.0 guidelines, the MP government announced the withdrawal of the statewide lockdown on Sunday, but the theatres and swimming pool are to remain closed till 30 September. State Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that after the Union Home Ministry issued the guidelines for Unlock-4.0, there will be no lockdown on Sunday. 

Minister Mishra told reporters that from now on there will be no lockdown in the state on Sunday's. Mishra said that there will be lockdown in the prohibited zone (Containment Zone). There will be no lockdown at any other place. He said that it has also been decided that now industries can be operated with 100 per cent capacity. Now an e-pass will not be required to travel in the state. Religious places and shopping malls have been opened. Apart from this, from September 21, students will be able to go to school for counselling. 

He further said that "Permission will be given from September 21 for social events, political rallies and sports events. Also, no lockdown will be imposed in the state without the permission of the Center. Lockdown can only be applied in Containment Zones".
