New Delhi: The country is ready to move towards unlock-4 amidst the challenge of Covid-19 epidemic. In which almost all activities have been allowed outside the Containment Zone. In the Unlock-4 guidelines, the Union Home Department has made it clear that the state governments will not impose any lockdown outside the Containment Zone as per their wish. All other things will be allowed except for a few selected activities. After 5 months of closure, metro services will be re-started from September 7. For the first time, limited activities have been allowed in schools and higher educational institutions.

September 1: For post-graduate students, technical and management-related professional institutes like IIT and IIM and higher educational institutions and research-related work like Ph.D. will open. For whom the Ministry of Higher Education will issue SOP in view of the local status of Covid-19.

September 7: The serial operations of the metro will be started. For which SOP is going to be issued by the Housing and Urban Department and Ministry of Railways.

Unlock Jharkhand: Hotels, lodges will be opened to customers

September 21: -

1- States can allow 50 percent of teaching and non-teaching staff in their schools. They will be allowed for online coaching, tele counseling and other activities.

2- With the written permission of the parents, students of ninth to 12th will start going to school for consultation with teachers. The school is not going to put pressure on students for presence.

3- Institutes related to ITI and other skill development and entrepreneurship training will also be able to start operations.

Delhiites want metro to start soon as most of the offices opens

4- Social, religious, political, educational and sports events will be allowed. A maximum of 100 people will be present. The use of masks, social distancing and other provisions will have to be followed.

5- By September 20, 50 people will be allowed at the wedding and 20 people in the last rites. After this 100 people will be present in them too.

6- Open-air theater will be allowed to operate.
