Shimla: After the central government on Monday, the Himachal government has also issued the guidelines for Unlock-4. According to this, interstate transport bus services will be banned for the time being. The education department has started preparing to invite teachers and non-teachers to schools as soon as the guidelines are issued from the central government in this regard.

The decision to call students from 9th to 12th class voluntarily in schools for guidance from teachers will be taken as soon as the SOP is issued from the Union Health Ministry. Every person entering the state border will have to register in the e-pass software keeping in mind the contact tracing order. The institutional quarantine will be done to those coming from containment zones.

The District Administration Home will be able to approve the quarantine in case of pregnancy, death in the family, serious illness, elderly family or children below 10 years of age. Homeless people will be quarantined without symptoms. People coming from abroad will also be quarantined. People with symptoms will be institutionalized quarantined. Those who do not follow the home quarantine, they will be institutional quarantined. With this, complete security will be taken care of.
