Unnao rape case: Judge arrives in AIIMS to take the victim's statement

New Delhi: Temporary court was set up in AIIMS on Wednesday (September 11) to record the statement of the victim in the Unnao Rape case and judge today reached the AIIMS  hospital to record the statement of the victim of the Unnao rape case. Let us know that the Supreme Court had given orders in the past and a temporary court has been made on it.

Unnao Rape Case: Court's hearing to be held in AIIMS to record victim's statement

The statements of the victim and her lawyer will be recorded in this court. According to the information received, all this process will take place in a closed room. On the order of the Supreme Court, by the court of District Judge Dharmesh Sharma located at Tis Hazari, instructions were given to make a temporary court in Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trax Center (AIIMS). Outsiders or media are not allowed to be present in this special court.

Unnao Rape Case: CBI to present report in court soon

It is being told that the temporary court will continue daily until the victim's statement is completed. The CBI counsel, the victim's lawyer, and defense lawyers were rushed to AIIMS Trauma Center at around 10.30 am on Wednesday. Special guidelines have been issued by the court to the Medical Superintendent of the hospital and any audio or video recording is also prohibited in this special court.
