New Delhi: The Supreme Court has asked the CBI to file an investigation report on Wednesday. The top court has questioned the CBI judge in the case going on in Tis Hazari court, in how many days he will complete the trial in Unnao case. The Supreme Court has directed the CBI to file a report on Wednesday. The next hearing of the case will be held on Friday.

The condition of Unnao rape victim is now slowly improving. The victim has been shifted from the ICU. According to sources, the CBI has also recorded the statement of the victim in AIIMS. It is worth mentioning that on August 19, the CBI, which was investigating the car accident that happened with the Unnao rape victim and her lawyer, got an additional time of two weeks for investigation by the Supreme Court. During the hearing in the Supreme Court, the CBI had asked the court for an additional time of 4 weeks to complete the investigation.

The CBI had said in the court that the statements of the rape victim and her lawyer are still to be taken by them. In this case, the Supreme Court gave the CBI an additional time of 2 weeks. Along with this, the top court has directed the UP government to give Rs 5 lakh as interim compensation to the victim's injured lawyer for treatment.
