Wrinkles on the forehead are mainly due to the increasing age. Secondly, if there are any skin related problems then wrinkles appear on your forehead. But if there are no two of the issues with you and still wrinkles have come on your forehead, then be cautious. This may be a sign of heart disease. In a recent study this has been claimed that if you are not too old and wrinkles have come on your forehead, then it may be a sign of the risk of early death from heart disease.

Researchers said that the wrinkles on the forehead indicate the risk of death due to arterial strains. This is called atherosclerosis. Actually, blood vessels in the forehead are very small and they are more sensitive to making plaques. In this case, it also indicates the rising age of blood vessels. Also, the likelihood of having atherosclerosis increases due to collagen proteins and oxidative stress. In this way, there are deep streaks on the forehead.

Researchers at the end of the research reported that those who had 1 Wrinkles score were more prone to die than those without any wrinkles. People with two or three wrinkles scores have a risk of dying more than 10 times as compared to those who have no score. This result has been taken out by keeping in mind the age, education, smoking status, blood pressure, heart rate, diabetes, lipid levels and gender of people involved in research.

Seeing the solution for wrinkles on the forehead, this research has been done to identify the heart's fatal disease. In such a way, you keep an eye on this. If your blood pressure is also above-the-top with sharp lines on the forehead and your blood glucose is not stable then you need to be worried. In this way, keep your diet healthy and try regular exercise. Keep your lifestyles as healthy as you can.
