LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, handed out appointment letters to 242 assistant boring technicians selected by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Commission at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow. Addressing the occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted the significance of recognizing responsibilities alongside the opportunities that come with receiving these appointment letters. He referenced Prime Minister Modi's stance on the importance of understanding and fulfilling duties along with asserting rights. According to a statement from the Chief Minister's office, he stressed the precedence of duties over rights, stating that the fulfillment of responsibilities ensures the safeguarding of rights.

Yogi emphasized the societal imbalance when rights overshadow duties and advised the newly appointed technicians that their selection was based on merit, devoid of any biases or recommendations. He proudly mentioned that over six lakh individuals secured jobs in Uttar Pradesh in the past six and a half years, attributing this success to relentless hard work. Yogi Adityanath encouraged the technicians to actively contribute to the overall development of Uttar Pradesh while referencing PM Modi's 'Panch Pran' principles.

Highlighting the employment scenario before 2017, Yogi emphasized the lack of opportunities in the state, resulting in mass migration for jobs. He underlined the strides made in providing jobs through improved law and order, governmental schemes, and self-employment avenues, aiming to eradicate bias against the state's youth. Additionally, he criticized those who aim to politicize issues, asserting that such actions hinder the progress of Uttar Pradesh.
