Badrinath: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath embarked on a three-day visit to Uttarakhand, where he participated in various significant events and offered prayers at Badrinath Dham. On Saturday evening, Yogi Adityanath attended the Shayan Aarti ceremony at Badrinath Dham, an important Hindu pilgrimage site nestled in the Himalayas. During his visit, he performed rituals and sought the blessings of the deity.

Additionally, the Chief Minister actively engaged in the meeting of the Central Regional Council held at Narendra Nagar in the Tehri district of Uttarakhand. This council serves as a platform for leaders from different regions to discuss and address regional issues and concerns. Yogi Adityanath didn't stop there; he extended his visit to various areas of Uttarakhand, demonstrating his commitment to the well-being and development of the region. Notably, he visited the Ghastauli post, situated near the China border, at an altitude of 13,200 feet. Here, he met with personnel from the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) deployed in the area. The Chief Minister expressed his concern for their well-being and provided words of encouragement to these dedicated guardians of the border.

Furthermore, Yogi Adityanath was part of the 24th meeting of the Central Zonal Council, convened in Narendra Nagar, Tehri. The meeting was presided over by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and included Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Discussions in such regional councils often revolve around critical matters that impact the respective zones, allowing leaders to collaborate and find solutions to common challenges.

As part of his ongoing visit to Uttarakhand, Yogi Adityanath is expected to visit the revered Kedarnath temple located in the Rudraprayag district. This temple holds immense religious significance for Hindus and is another essential stop on his journey through this picturesque state. The Chief Minister's visit to Uttarakhand underscores his dedication to engaging with diverse communities, addressing regional concerns, and fostering connections with both residents and security personnel safeguarding India's borders.
