A few days ago, Sub Inspector Intasar Ali came in the limelight for keeping a beard despite an order issued by the Police Department. Intasar Ali is originally a resident of Saharanpur and was recruited to the post of Sub Inspector in the Police Department of Uttar Pradesh. He was posted in Baghpat district for the last three years, but was posted at the Ramala police station just before the lockdown. On this issue, Superintendent of Police (SP) Abhishek Singh told the media that, "As per the guidelines of the Police Manuel, no person of any community other than Sikh community policemen can keep a beard while working in the Police Department. Everyone comes from employee to officer under this order.
He said that if any person associated with the police department wants to do this, then he has to first take permission. Without such an important order, Intasar Ali was shaving without taking any kind of orders. He had complained many times in this case. He was warned 3 times in this regard and even tried to talk, but no positive result was achieved. This action has been taken against him after indiscipline continues. ”
