Lucknow: It has been decided to close all the universities and colleges in the country's largest state UP due to Corona. The state government has issued an order and said that offline classes will not be held in any university and college of the state for the next 7 days. However, from January 10, online classes will be run so that the studies of the students do not stop. At the same time, it has also been told in the rules issued by the government that all educational institutions can conduct examinations as per the schedule.
On the evening of January 8, 2022, the government has closed all universities, degree colleges and higher education institutions till January 16. Now students will be taught online in these institutions. This order will be applicable to government and private private universities and colleges affiliated to them. Earlier, schools up to class 10th and 12th have been closed till January 16. Their online studies are going on. However, students of classes 11th and 12th will be able to go to school only for corona vaccination.
The same Higher Education Secretary Shamim Ahmed Khan, while issuing an order on the evening of January 8, 2022, informed that all the states under the UP Higher Education Department, private universities, colleges affiliated to them and other higher education institutions have been given 10 days as a precaution. Will be closed offline till 16 January 2022. At the same time, online classes will continue from January 10.
