Batti Gul Meter Chalu co-star Yami Gautam and Shahid Kapoor captured in the city recently. Shahid Kapoor was clicked on an ad shoot with Shruti Haasan, whereas Yami Gautam was spotted at the airport. Yami will soon begin shooting the film with Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. 

Shahid Kapoor kept it cool and casual post the ad shoot. He looked handsome in a grey tee and black shorts. Shahid gave the media persons a thumbs up before zooming off in his car.

He is currently busy with the shoot of his next film, Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The film which is based on the subject of power theft. Shahid has been shooting for the film in Tehri, however, he contracted a viral infection and had to fly back to the city.

On the other side Yami Gautam, Shahid’s costar from the film looked pretty in a quirky and comfy attire. About her role in the film, she had said that I think it is very interesting, quirky, entertaining and has a lot of substance at the same time. I am extremely happy to be working with the team. I play a lawyer in a film for the first time. So, I am very happy.
