The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has issued bumper recruitment for vacancies for the post of Assistant Engineer. In Uttar Pradesh, a great opportunity has emerged for candidates looking for government jobs in the field of engineering. As per the notification issued by the UPPSC, a total of 281 assistant engineers will be recruited in the state. These recruitments will be under the State Engineering Service Examination. Details of posts:-
A total of 281 posts will be filled up in this recruitment issued by the UPPSC. It has earmarked 271 seats for the post of Assistant Engineer and 10 seats in Assistant Engineer Special Recruitment. These recruitments will be made in all departments of UP.

Educational Qualifications:-
As per the notice issued for this recruitment, the applicants should have a BE or B.Tech engineering degree in the related stream from any recognized university. Only candidates with graduation degree are eligible for application.

Age Limit:-
The applicant should be above 21 years of age and below 40 years. Under this recruitment, the maximum age limit will be relaxed for the candidates covered under reservation.

Application Fee:-
General OBC and economically weaker ews category candidates applying for these posts will have to deposit Rs 225 as application fee. The application fee for the same sc-st category candidates has been fixed at Rs. 105. The fee for Ph and Divyang category has been kept at Rs. 25. Fees can be paid in online mode through debit or credit cards and net banking.
