Washington: Officials of the US Department of Defense have opposed President Trump saying that so far it has not been completely clear that there was a large-scale explosive 'attack' in Beirut. 3 officials of the US Defense Center told that they do not know what Trump was really talking about. According to CNN, an official said that if there is no information about any major attack and conspiracy in that area, then the increase of US troops in the area can start.

Earlier, in a conversation with reporters at the White House on Tuesday, Trump had expressed sympathy for the people of Lebanon after the explosion and described the incident as a "serious attack". In a conversation with reporters at the White House, Trump said, "Many generals of the US military have told me that the bombing of Beirut was accomplished by some kind of bomb." Lebanon has not called it an attack but it seems to be so. Trump further said that it is to be seen in any way that it is like a loss to the world. Trump claimed that it looks like a very deadly attack.

As for this, he further said that action is being taken from the angle of bombing this incident to Lebanon. There was a huge explosion in Lebanon's Beirut on Tuesday, which damaged many buildings. Al Jazeera said that the force of the explosion was very high and this caused panic in the streets and pieces of glass are seen everywhere. Although the cause of the explosion is not yet clear, initial reports have stated that the blast took place in the port area of Beirut which had warehouses. Crackers were stored in a warehouse where the explosion took place.
