Lucknow: Two youths barged into a house in a village under Asandra police station in Barabanki and tried to rape her, police said on Sunday. The accused fled after the victim raised an alarm. When the victim's husband reached the house of the accused to complain, the accused thrashed the victim's husband badly. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against 4 accused.

According to the report, the victim, a resident of the village of Asandra police station, has told them that her husband works in Delhi. On the night of November 11, Ramsukh and Ramvilas of the village entered the house drunk. It is alleged that both the accused tried to commit misdeeds. When the victim raised an alarm, the accused assaulted and fled. The victim said she had informed her husband about it.  

On November 12, when the husband reached the village, he went to the accused's house with a complaint. There, accused Ramsukh, Ramvilas, Amar Singh, and Vinod of his family started beating him. A young man from the village who ran to save was also attacked. In which both were injured. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the four accused under various sections.
