Hamirpur: The case of the killing of accused Amar Dubey in the Bikaru incident of Uttar Pradesh by the Maudha police and STF team of Hamirpur district in the encounter has been declared right by the magistrate. The 216-page report said that this encounter was not unreasonable according to the circumstances of that time. In this case, he has given a clean chit to all policemen.

Actually, the magistrate investigation of the accused Amar Dubey's encounter was going on. In which a clean chit was given to all policemen and the team of STF. A report of 216 pages of this investigation has also been sent to the concerned officials including the Home Ministry. The investigation report also stated that the police and the STF had asked Amar Dubey to surrender. Even after this, Amar Dubey kept firing. Along with self-defense and discharge of duty, police and STF teams fired back in view of his criminal background. In which he was injured. He was then taken to Maudha CHC for treatment, where he died.

According to the post mortem, ballistic report, and statements of policemen, a total of nine bullets were fired. In which Amar Dubey received seven bullets. 4 bullets were found across the body and three bullets were sunk into his body. In the ballistic report, Amar Dubey has also been confirmed to have the pistol.
