Lalitpur: A young man has committed suicide by hanging himself in Mohalla Azadpura of Kotwali Sadar area of Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh. After receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and took the body in its possession and sent it for postmortem. Ravi Bunkar a resident of Mohalla Azadpura in Kotwali Sadar area, gave his life by making a noose of a sari in the house and hanged himself.
When his grandmother saw his body hanging on the noose, she informed the police about it. Giving information to the police, she said that Ravi's parents had passed away when he was a child. When Ravi was 7 months old she brought him with her. Ravi used to work as a labour. Ravi brought his sister two days ago. At night, Ravi goes to sleep in Manoj Patkar's kutcha house. When Ravi didn't wake up till 9 in the morning, she reached to wake him up, his body was hanging on the noose with the help of a saree.
However, it is not yet known why Ravi hanged himself. Outpost in-charge Sandeep Sengar has informed that the body has been sent for post-mortem. Police is now investigating the case.
