New Delhi: Coronavirus infection in the country is increasingly making people a victim. In the Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow, DM Abhishek Prakash has instructed the CMO that it will now be compulsory to give identity card, including his address, to each person before the investigation. Many people in the state are not giving correct information related to coronavirus. This is the reason that after finding a person corona infected, there is a problem in contact tracing. DM has issued instructions regarding this.

Following the DM's directive, the CMO has issued an order to all government and private labs that during corona test it is necessary to take person's address and identity card. After this decision, now coronavirus test will be done only after seeing Aadhaar card, passport, voter identity card, and any other valid identity card. If someone is not admitted after being found Corona positive, then strict action will be taken against the responsible officer.

In this regard, DM has issued instructions in this regard to all Municipal Magistrates, Additional Municipal Magistrates, Zonal Officers of Municipal Corporation. It clearly states that if a single coronavirus infected patient is left in the area of an officer, then the responsible officer will be prosecuted.
