Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, there is no solution during Solution Day, but when an incident takes place, the police get a solution immediately. A similar case has come to light in Deoria. There was such a quarrel between two bandits over cutting down a tree that a retired army jawan was beaten to death.

Jeet Bandhan Dubey and Sadanand aka Gulaf Dubey are close relatives in Bari Diha village of Madanpur police station. Both have a mango tree in each other's land, which has been a cause of dispute for years. After the division of property, a tree came into each other's land. Jeet is a retired army man. In front of Jeet's house, there is a mango tree of Sadanand alias Gulab Dubey on his own land, whose twig creates problems in movement. Jeet Bandhan Dubey started cutting the branch of the tree, then Gulab Dubey and his family members attacked the other side, in which the retired jawan lost his life.

Madanpur SHO PD Singh, CO Ambika Chaudhary, Additional SP Rajesh Sonkar rushed to the spot after receiving the information. The family members of the deceased were outraged. He said he had taken up the matter on Solution Day, but the police did not take any action, now the tree will be cut down only then the body will leave. The police cut down the disputed tree when the family allowed the body to go for postmortem. Police have registered a case against 5 persons in the case and three are being detained and interrogated.
