Dehradun: Recently, on the very first day of the winter assembly session today, on Wednesday, there has been an uproar. The government is preparing to place four important ordinances on the table of the House on the very first day. On the other hand, the main opposition party Congress has set a strategy to surround the government on the Shrine Board and other issues, including non-military. According to Assembly Speaker Premchand Agarwal, if the need arises, the House can be extended beyond December 10.

According to information received from sources, only the work of Wednesday was approved in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee on Tuesday. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Madan Kaushik said that on Wednesday, the government will place four ordinances on the floor of the House. Ten bills will come during the entire session. Three of these bills are new. Apart from this, there are many resolutions that will be discussed in the House. In the all-party meeting on Tuesday, a day before the session began, the leaders of all parties agreed to run the house systematically. According to the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Leader of Opposition Indira Hridayesh has assured us to run the House systematically. On Wednesday, there will be a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee to decide further tasks.

If we talk about the sources, then the opposition has indicated to take an aggressive stand. Leader of Opposition Indira Hridayesh said that the opposition will vigorously take up the burning issues of the state. The Opposition is currently preparing to vigorously raise many issues including the Shrine Board, purchase of transport buses, cane price payment, non-payment. Along with this, the Devbhoomi Tirtha Purohit has also announced the assembly journey. The session is taking place after six months. We have many issues. These issues will be raised prominently. If the government answers our questions properly then we will also cooperate in running the house systematically.
