Monday both BJP and Congress relegation meeting with President Pranab Mukherjee and paling adverse claims. and seems stressful scenario remain in Uttrakhand political scenario.  Kailash Vijayvargiya and state unit chief Ajay Bhat  who is led general secretary of  BJP delegation  met the President and sought dismissal of Congress government and direct the Governor to let them prove their majority on the floor of the House.

As a show of strength, BJP took out a march from Vijay Chowk to President's House with its MPs and 27 MLAs from Uttarakhand. But the absence of rebel Congress MLAs added suspense to the show.

According to party sources, the BJP had sent a letter to the governor seeking a division on the vote on budget and videography of the proceedings.

Vijayvargiya said “Party sources said the leader of Opposition sought division but the Speaker deemed the bill as passed on voice vote. "The Speaker's role is unconstitutional.”

Not satisfied with Governor K K Paul giving March 28 deadline to Harish Rawat led Congress government to prove majority on the floor of the house, the BJP wants an early show of strength test.

A little later, a Congress delegation led by heavyweights Ghulam Nabi Azad, A K Antony, Motilal Vora, Ambika Soni, Ahmed Patel and Kapil Sibal also called upon the President claiming BJP trying destablize an elected government using illegal means.

Earlier in the day, sending message that it is going to act tough, Congress expelled former Congress chief minister Vijay Bahuguna's son Saket Bahuguna and Party state unit secretary, Anil Gupta for six years accusing them of masterminding the rebellion by luring nine party MLAs.

Equipped with a go ahead from Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi's to quell the dissent that seemed to have reached the lower ranks, harish Rawat also dismantled all Congress party units in all the nine districts.

Describing the BJP government at the Centre as extra-powerful and murdering democracy, Harish Rawat alleged that it has thrown all its might to shatter the dreams of Uttarakhand.

However, Rawat said "If governments continue to change like used hankies with "money and muscle power" it will lead to perpetual instability in the states".
