Dehradun: A major accident has taken place in Ekeshwar block of Pauri district of Uttarakhand, here an eco Maruti car fell into a 200 meter deep moat. In this tragic accident, three people died on the spot while one is seriously injured. After getting information about the accident, the Satpuli police and SDRF team reached the spot and along with the people of the village, rescued the injured.

According to the information received, this accident happened between 10:30 am to 11 pm in the village of Barath of Sanglakoti in Ekeshwar block. An Eco Maruti car fell into the ditch in the accident. The SDRF team immediately reached the spot on the incident. On giving information, SDRF sub-inspector Manoj Singh has told that an eco-car had fallen into a 200 meter deep moat on the spot.
