Under the National Disaster Act and Section 188, a case was filed against 12 people, including the MLA, at Munikirati police station and later released on personal bond.

Meanwhile, SDM Vaibhav Gupta and police station in-charge Girish Chandra Sharma accused MLA Aman Mani Tripathi and his associates of indecency with the police, administration as well as the doctor. According to DGP Ashok Kumar (Crime) MLA Aman Mani was arrested in Munikirati area. A case has been registered against 12 people including MLA under Section 188 and National Disaster Act. Later, he and his companions were released on personal bond.
