Out of 87 thousandUttarakhand people stranded in other states have registered to return home. Along with this, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has instructed the higher officials for the safe return of the stranded people. At the same time, the state government will start the process of sharing the list of stranded people with other states from Saturday. At the meeting held on Friday evening at the CM residence, the Chief Minister said that all arrangements should be made in a planned manner by coordinating with the states concerned.

In this, individual distance, mask, sanitization etc. standards should be ensured with utmost care. At the same time all the action should be done as per the guidelines issued by the Central Government. At the same time, if the home quarantine is to be done on arrival in the state, then its system should be closely monitored by ensuring that the nodal officer and secretary Shailesh Bagoli said that most of the registered people are from the hill districts.

Along with this, Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh, DGP Anil Kumar Raturi, Secretary Amit Negi, Nitesh Jha, Radhika Jha were also present in the meeting. At the same time, most of the people registered with the state government belong to the hill districts. The Chief Minister has instructed the officers that in such a situation the village heads will be empowered. At the same time, the Principal will be important in the responsibility of monitoring the people who return, and will coordinate with the district administration and conduct home quarantine or other arrangements.
