Dehradun: A tragic accident took place in Roorkee recently in which a tractor-trolley full of bricks collided with an oncoming truck on Solani Bridge, causing the tractor and trolley to break the railing of Solani Bridge and fall down. Two labourers in the trolley died on the spot in the same Roorkee accident. A tractor-trolley full of bricks was heading towards Luxor around 10.30 am on Tuesday. As soon as the tractor-trolley reached Solani Bridge near Luxor, a car overtook from the front and was hit by the truck. As a result, the tractor-trolley went out of control and fell off the Solani bridge. Two labourers were said to be sitting in the trolley, who lost their lives on the spot. Chand Son of Baburam, a resident of the Nagla Imarti, aged 20 years, Himanshu's son Dhir Singh, aged 19, has died.
