Patna: Once again a case of stone pelting has come to the fore on the Vande Bharat Express train. Stones were pelted on Vande Bharat Express going from New Jalpaiguri to Howrah in the Katihar district of Bihar. In this case, the glass of the window of the C6 bogie of the train has been broken. According to the news, while the glass of the right side window of coach number 6 of the train was damaged due to stone pelting, the passengers sitting in the coach narrowly escaped from injuries.

Let us tell you that this is not the first time, even before this there have been allegations of stone pelting on Vande Bharat Express. It has been only 21 days since Vande Bharat Express started on this route and this is the fourth incident of stone pelting on the train. There is an atmosphere of panic among the passengers due to the incident of stone pelting on the Howrah-bound Vande Bharat Express.

It is being said that this incident of stone pelting took place in the Katihar district of Bihar near the border of West Bengal. The right side window glass of coach C-6 of train number 22302 Vande Bharat Express has been broken and damaged. The senior officer of RPF said that action will be taken after examining the CCTV footage. Let us tell you that this Vande Bharat Express running between Howrah and Newsalpaiguri in West Bengal was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi only last month. Two days after the start of this train, there was an incident of stone pelting near Malda. So far four cases of stone pelting have been reported.
