New Delhi: Air India's first flight from Toronto has departed under the Vanda Bharat Mission. Passengers from Delhi and Amritsar are present in this flight. This information has been given by the Indian Embassy in Canada. Council General of India Apoorva Srivastava, appointed in Toronto, said that the Canadian administration interacted with and took care of all the Indian passengers leaving for Delhi and Amritsar.

An aircraft has reached the Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport in Amritsar from Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur. According to the Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, until now 20 thousand Indian citizens have been brought home under the Vande Bharat Mission and this figure will increase in the coming days. The second phase of the Vande Bharat Mission has started from 16 May. This mission will continue until June 13. Under this mission, Indians will return home in 162 aircraft from 47 countries.

After being in lockdown for almost two months, now the country is moving towards normalcy. In this sequence, the domestic airline is going to start from May 25. During this time many types of terms and conditions will be applied, which have to be followed. The government has also fixed the maximum price of tickets, which all airlines will have to follow.
