'Ghani,' a sports drama in which actor Varun Tej plays a boxer, has completed the censorship formalities. According to reports, the censor board has given the film a 'UA,' indicating that it will be released shortly. 'Ghani,' directed by Kiran Korrapati, would most likely choose the earlier of the two release dates that the filmmakers had set for the film.
The manufacturers had earlier mentioned two release dates: February 25th or March 4th. "Depending on the release schedule of other films, we would want a healthy release for all films," the 'Ghani' producers wrote in a statement announcing the news. "I'll see you at the theatres very soon."
According to credible sources, the filmmakers have chosen to release the film on February 25. "Well, keeping the present uncertain conditions in mind, producers will only use the other date if it is really necessary," the sources stated. The storyline for Kiran Korrapati's first film was written by Abburi Ravi. Dhilip Subbarayan and Larnell Stovall composed the stunts for 'Ghani.' Saiee Manjrekar plays the female lead opposite Varun Tej, who played Mukunda in the film. Upendra, Sunil Shetty, and Naveen Chandra will all play pivotal roles.
