Preparation method: The first is to make spring roll wrappers. For this, put refined flour, corn flar, water and salt in a large pot and mix well so that there are no lumps. Keep in mind that the consistency of this mixture made of refined flour should not be too thick but a little thin. Take a nonstick pan and Grease it by applying some oil in it. Heat the pan on medium heat. When the pan is hot, add a mixture of maida to it and make a thin pancake, screaming while rolling the pan.
Let it cook on medium flame till the edges start to come out on their own. When the scream starts leaving the edge, take it out on a plate. There is no need to cook it from the other side. Make similar wrappers with the mixture of the remaining flour and sprinkle some flour over the prepared rappers and keep one on top. Keep in mind that the cooked side of the chilla is up. Now take a pan and heat a high heat by adding a spoon of oil to it.
Now put all the vegetables in it and fry the vegetables lightly. Do not allow the vegetable to melt completely but keep it slightly crunchy. Finally add salt, soy sauce, black pepper and mix. Put the vegetable mixture to dry. Remove the pan from the gas and let the mixer cool on a plate. Now place the spring roll wrappers on a flat surface and keep the uncooked side up. Apply flour paste on the edges of the wrappers.
Put the spoon vegetable mixer in the center of the wrapper and roll it from both sides. Keep in mind that the edges of the wrapper should be well sealed with fine flour paste so that it does not break when deep fryed. Follow the same procedure for all spring rolls and keep them aside. Now heat another heavy bottom pan or pot and add oil to deep fry it. Deep fry the spring rolls till they are golden brown. Remove the spring rolls from the oil and place them on a serving plate. Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup.
