Veteran actor Dilip Kumar is no more guilty for 18 year old cheque bounce case

94 years old and a living legendary actor Mr. Dilip Kumar is now at relief that he was acquitted of all charges in 18 years old cheque bounce case 1998.

Actually, the matter dates back to 1998 when Mr. Dilip Kumar was the chairman of Geekay Exim India Limited. And the company raised a crores from the different lenders and failed to repay when issued cheques was bounced.

However, the Girgaum Magistrate Court in Mumbai acquitted Mr. Kumar from 18 years old check bounce case and said that Mr. Kumar was not involved day to day affaires of the company and is not guilty for default of repayment.

When the cheque bounced the case was registered against everyone. There were four accused in the concerned case, out of which two have been convinced and two released. Though, the veteran actor was present at the hearing despite of his ill health.
