INDORE: The three-day meeting of the Central Management Committee and Board of Trustees of Vishva Hindu Parishad commenced on Friday, December 30 at the Agrasen Mahasabha Bhawan at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Speaking at the press conference, VHP Secretary General, Milind Parande  said, "The meeting will cover a variety of topics, including the release of temples from government control, conversion, love jihad, Muslim infiltration, population imbalance, rising Islamic Jihadi violence, and an end to cow slaughter.

"In order to counter the disruptive anti-Hindu forces, we intend to speed up the completion of projects that promote social cohesion and unity. In-depth discussion will also be had regarding the current state of Hindus in the nation, their problems, and solutions. A resolution on the problem of religious extremism and its solutions is also being discussed during the meeting. In addition to this, other current issues pertaining to Hindu society will be explored, "Parande said.

The VHP's outreach initiative has connected more than 72 lakh people, making it a success. "We have contacted 1,23,000 communities for the campaign's benefit. At this meeting, the campaign's continuation will be discussed. By the time VHP celebrates 60 years (Sashtipurti Varsh) in 2024, we would have formed committees in more than one lakh villages." he said,

"The meeting is  being attended by more than 350 officials from the nation and abroad who are at the provincial level or higher. The employees from various states will address the outstanding job completed in the previous six months while also providing information on the present state of Hindu society. Everyone will also have access to their six-month work schedule's general framework." " The Shaurya Yatra campaign of the Bajrang Dal, intended to awaken Hindu society, was finished in thousands of locations across the nation in December. Thousands of locations have also hosted large-scale events to reveal the conversion conspiracy.

"Over 2,000 small and large projects of service on behalf of the Vishva Hindu Parishad were carried out over the past six months. In particular for the underprivileged segments of Hindu society, we will organise new service initiatives in the domains of education, service, health, employment, and women's empowerment."
