OTT platform Shemaroo box office is about to release 376D, a story related to the gang rape of men on 9 October. Such a story has not been seen before in Hindi cinema. According to media reports, 376D is bringing the story of the rape of 2 brothers in Delhi. This is a subject on which it cannot be easy for anyone to talk. The movie is directed by Gunveen Kaur and Robin Sikarwar.
Gurveen says that "Initially, we were considering making a movie on the story of Gangrape of a woman, but in the course of research we came to know that such accidents happen to men as well but they do not record them due to their social status. Rape is bad and disgusting, whether it is with a woman or with a man. Then we gave a new twist to our story. Such incidents move the person deep inside and they fight hard to regain their personality. Hence public awareness is necessary on this issue.
