New Delhi, On Friday, beleaguered liquor baron Vijay Mallya expressed his intention to return to India and has moved to a Delhi trial court seeking to reverse the government's decision to revoke his passport.
As per the reports, “Vijay Mallya has submitted an applicataion before Delhi's Patiala House court. He told the court that he wants to return to India but cannot because his passport has been revoked.”
Last week,a non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued by the Mumbai Court against promoter of defunct airline Kingfisher Airlines Ltd Mallya and its chief executive Sanjay Agarwal in a case filed by service tax.
