Telugu cinema veteran actress and filmmaker G. Vijaya Nirmala passed away on Thursday. Her son, Naresh, reported this news. She was 75 years old and the famous Telugu actor Naresh shared the details of his mother's demise via Twitter.
Naresh tweeted, "I am extremely sorry to inform you that my mother, senior artist, eminent producer and director Dr AG Vijaya Nirmala passed away early this morning. Due to illness at the Continental Hospital in Hyderabad on June 27. She was 75 years old."
He further wrote, "From 11 a.m., her mortal remains will be kept in our house. The funeral will be held tomorrow (Friday)." by Vijaya Nirmala as her career as a child artist. At a young age of just five, in 1950, she made her debut in acting with the Tamil film 'Machcha Rekai', and four years later, she stepped into the Telugu film with Pandurang Mahthayam. She has given Telugu cinema a number of hat films. She became popular with the Malayalaya film 'Bhargavi Nilayam' in 1964.
