New Delhi: Former DGP KK appointed in the commission of inquiry set up by the apex court to investigate the gangster development Dubey encounter case. L. A petition has been filed against Gupta's inclusion on Friday. The petition has demanded that someone else be included in the committee instead of him. L. Gupta can suffer from prejudice.

It is noteworthy that the apex court constituted the commission during the hearing in the Vikas Dubey encounter case on Wednesday. This commission will complete the investigation of the encounter within two months and place the report before the court. At the same time, the committee investigating the encounter will be headed by former Supreme Court judge BS Chauhan. Former DGP K.K. L. Gupta will also be involved. Explain that during the hearing in the court, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that former Supreme Court judge BS Chauhan can be included in the committee, Chauhan has also agreed to join the committee.

During this, Mehta sent the court to former DGP K.K. L. Gupta's name was also suggested. At the same time, petitioner Anoop Awasthi has expressed objection to not including former High Court Judge Shashikant Aggarwal in the committee. To which the Chief Justice said, 'I have also heard many cases with Justice Chauhan, I would also suggest his name'.
