A case of cheating has been registered against filmmaker Vikram Bhatt and his daughter, Krishna Bhatt. 'K Sera Sera Productions' has also accused Vikram Bhatt and his daughter of cheating them out of 1.40 crore. The production company claims that Vikram and Krishna had promised them a cut of Rs 1.40 crore in exchange for a joint production but have since reneged on their word.
Case registered against Vikram Bhatt and his daughter: On the instructions of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, the Amboli police have registered a case against both of them. According to the FIR, the contract was signed between K. Sera Sera Box Office Productions Pvt. Ltd. and Vikram Bhatt Studios in March 2022. According to this contract, the profit from the collaborative projects of both parties is required to be divided between them.
The production company told us what the whole matter was: The company had also invested about 1,39,30,999 in this project. An Amboli police official said, "The complainant, who is a representative of the production company, has said that the money was to be used for joint production. He is claiming that the company has also used the money for different projects. So they are not ready to do any profit sharing in this matter."
