Kolkata: Attacks on BJP workers have not stopped even after the Calcutta High Court's strong remarks on political violence in West Bengal. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has alleged that its workers have been brutally beaten up at Bhagbanpur in East Midnapore. Blood-soaked people can be seen in the pictures shared by the party. The state's ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) has been blamed for the incident.

A journalist named Anindya said on Twitter, "Now that several petitions are being heard in the High Court and the Supreme Court over the Bengal violence, the BJP has claimed that the violence is still going on". The BJP has alleged that violence has been brutally committed against party workers in Bhagbanpur in East Midnapore. The party has also shared pictures. However, it is not clear why the attack was carried out.

Let us tell you that the attack on BJP workers took place when they were returning home. Bombs and guns were used in the attack. At the same time, 30 houses have been looted. The BJP has won this time from Bhagbanpur assembly constituency. BJP's Rabindranath Maiti had defeated MLA Ardhendu Maiti of TMC. It is said that that is why Trinamool goons are confused.
