Patna: The issue of communal violence in Sasaram-Nalanda echoed in the Bihar Legislative Assembly on Monday (April 3), leading to a heated exchange between the government and the opposition. Even outside the house, the BJP targeted the Nitish government and called the incidents at Sasaram-Nalanda a conspiracy of the government. Along with this, the BJP has demanded that the NIA investigate the entire matter of violence.

BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur Baloch has said that the peace committee meeting was held before Ram Navami. His videos should be released. The committee of the Shobhayatra was pressurised not to take out the procession. Despite that, the procession took place peacefully. However, due to the appeasement politics of the government, violent incidents were witnessed in Sasaram and Nalanda. Baloch said that the politics of appeasement would lead the country towards another partition. We will raise our voice from the house to the street. Bihar is becoming the base of the radical organisation PFI. There should be milk from milk and water from water in the Sasaram-Nalanda incident. For this reason, we demand that the investigation of this entire matter be given to the NIA.

At the same time, former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and BJP leader Tar Kishore Prasad also took a dig at the Nitish government. He said that one district, Nalanda, is not able to handle CM Nitish Kumar. So leave the talk of Sasaram and Bhagalpur. The incidents in Sasaram and Nalandi are the result of the failure of the government. Why was the review meeting regarding law and order held yesterday and not earlier?
